On-Site Mobile Services
Montegrity provides scheduled non-DOT drug-testing collections directly at employer workplaces. Mobile service is available for pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable-suspicion testing—helping reduce employee travel, waiting time, and workplace disruption.

These prices apply only to appointments completed at the Montegrity collection site.
Payment is due at the appointment. Debit and credit cards are accepted. Cash is accepted in the exact amount only; change is not available.
BE READY TO PROVIDE A URINE SPECIMEN
Please arrive ready to provide a urine specimen at your scheduled appointment time. Avoid urinating for approximately 1–2 hours before your appointment, and drink a normal amount of water. Do not drink excessive water, as an overly diluted specimen may require another collection.
If you cannot provide a sufficient specimen when you arrive, you may be required to remain at the collection site until you are able to test. This may extend your appointment by 1–2 hours. Employer-referred employees should not leave before the collector completes or officially ends the collection process.
Ink Fingerprinting
Professional FD-258 manual ink fingerprinting is available for employment, licensing, applications, and other fingerprint card requirements.
PRICING
$35 for the first fingerprint card
$15 for each additional card completed during the same appointment
Payment is due at the appointment. Debit and credit cards are accepted. Cash is accepted in the exact amount only; change is not available.
Clients receive their completed fingerprint cards and are responsible for mailing them to the requesting agency.
